Veranstaltung von Transition Netzwerk e.V. Friday Evening – Inspiration & Opening To kick things off, key presentations (keynotes and moderated discussions) will establish a shared framework. The topics will focus on democracy, civic engagement, resilience, and the question of how social change can be shaped under current conditions. The evening is designed to provide orientation, inspiration, and a shared entry point into the space of transformation. The keynotes will be supplemented with participatory elements, as far as feasible (number of participants, room size). Saturday Morning – In-Depth Discussion & Practical Application Through keynotes, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, we will explore key topics in depth, including: Transformation and Social Change Democracy, Civic Participation, and Promoting Civic Engagement Funding for Eco-Social Transformation and Civil Society Initiatives Framework conditions for civic engagement, democracy promotion, community care, and self-care Saturday Afternoon – Barcamp / Open Space Saturday afternoon is structured as a Barcamp/Open Space. Participants set the topics themselves, design sessions, and share practical knowledge as well as questions to find answers to challenges through the collective intelligence of the group. Partner organizations and speakers can offer workshops. The format embodies lived democracy, self-organization, and collective knowledge production. Saturday Evening – Cultural Integration & Reflection Saturday evening is designed as an experiential format that combines interactive and participatory elements—such as games, constellation work, and dialogue formats—with performative and artistic elements like improvisational theater, music, and movement. It brings to light the social paths and crossroads of transformation—as well as connections, areas of tension, and points of friction. The goal is to address these topics not only cognitively, but also emotionally and socially. The evening creates a shared space for collective reflection, integration, and orientation. Sunday – Integration & Transfer Sunday is dedicated to imagination, narratives, and networking. What narratives motivate us? What stories do we tell? What futures do we envision? What connects us? Where do we experience separation? How do we overcome it? Finally, insights will be consolidated and translated into transfer formats. The goal is to develop concrete next steps, ideas for cooperation, and points of reference for work in national and local contexts. Link zur Anmeldung
